KASTAR, established in 2002, is a diversified high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, production, application and trade. It has a complete set of production equipment and testing equipment for raw material analysis, product research and development, and manufacturing. There are three production workshops and a professional quality testing center. KASTAR adopts the most advanced production and testing equipment and cutting-edge technology from Germany, Japan and other foreign countries, and horizontally cooperates with major universities in China to introduce high-tech talent students. It is the experimental base of Beijing University of Chemical Technology.
KASTAR specializes in the research and development, production and sales of MS Polymer Sealant, and has become one of the largest professional production bases of MS Polymer Sealant in China, striving to build the forefront of the MS Polymer Sealant brand in China. KASTAR adheres to the principle of product quality, takes health and environmental protection, and cares for human beings as its tenet; it wholeheartedly considers you and strives to serve human beings. All products have passed the ISO9001:2015 international quality management system certification.
KASTAR has a wide range of MS Polymer Sealants, including MS door and window sealants, bathroom mold-proof adhesives, MS transparent crystal adhesives, MS flame retardant sealant, and prefabricated MS Polymer Sealant.
MS Polymer Sealant is an updated product that has gradually become popular in recent years. It has excellent performance in environmental protection performance, adhesion performance of various substrates, ductility performance, and waterproof performance. MS Polymer Sealant has long storage time, adjustable surface dry time, good fluidity, easy application, good color stability and paintable surface.
The KASTAR MS Polymer Sealant factory is equipped with complete production and inspection equipment, including a 5000L high-speed disperser for the dehydration of MS glue base material, a 1000L high-speed disperser for MS glue making, and a packaging capacity that can be customized according to customer needs. 500ml, 550ml, 600ml machines for soft pack discharge.
KASTAR MS Polymer Sealant Process:
- Add plasticizer, powder, colorant, heat and dehydrate
- High-speed dispersion glue making
- Semi-finished product inspection
- Finished filling
- Finished product delivery
- Quality inspection
Product inspection is also an important process before KASTAR products are released, including:
- Factory inspection items: appearance, density, extrudability, surface dry time.
- Form inspection items: sag, tensile strength, elongation at break, hardness, tensile modulus, etc.
The machines used in KASTAR’s laboratory for MS Polymer Sealant are:
- Moisture tester: Test the moisture content of MS Polymer Sealant.
- Small-scale high-speed disperser: It can efficiently, quickly and uniformly transfer one or more liquids into another immiscible liquid.
- Tensile test of tensile testing machine and I-shaped pieces: testing various mechanical properties of MS Polymer Sealant after curing.
In addition, KASTAR has its own sample room, samples will be kept for testing in each production, mass production will be carried out after the test quality is qualified, and the samples will be kept for 2 years.
In terms of raw materials, KASTAR MS Polymer Sealant insists on using high-quality raw materials: calcium carbonate (nano calcium, heavy calcium, titanium dioxide, carbon black) accounts for about 20~60%, and trimethoxysilane-terminated polyether accounts for about 15%. ~30%, plasticizer (DOP, DINP, etc.) about 5-8%, tackifier (γ-aminoethylaminopropyltrimethoxysilane) about 0.5-1%, and water scavenger (vinyltrimethylsilane) oxysilane) about 1~2%. MS Polymer Sealant complies with the national standard GB18583-2008 “Limits of Hazardous Substances in Interior Decoration Materials”: the test results of various hazardous substances show that none of them have been detected. Among them, free formaldehyde, benzene, toluene + xylene were not detected, and the detected content of total volatile organic compounds was also much lower than the safety index standard. In addition, KASTAR has its own sample room, samples will be kept for testing in each production, mass production will be carried out after the test quality is qualified, and the samples will be kept for 2 years.
KASTAR MS Polymer Sealant strictly controls the content of various additives, because the addition of an appropriate amount is good for the performance of the glue, and the excessive addition will affect the performance of the sealant.
The effect of adding other substances on product quality:
1. Add filler:
The displacement ability is poor, and the glue is brittle after several times of pulling and pressing.
2. Oily substances:
Poor adhesion, volume shrinkage, poor aging resistance, oil seepage, ash absorption, and yellowing.
The quality of KASTAR’s products is well known, and KASTAR’s mission has always been to focus on guaranteed quality, reasonable prices, timely delivery and excellent service. All KASTAR products have passed ISO9001: 2000 quality standards, in line with international standards. At the same time, it has ISO, CE, ROHS, MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet), TDS (Technical Data Sheet) and other certifications, and has passed the tests of anti-virus, waterproof, mildew-proof, anti-fouling, alkali-proof and obtained corresponding certificates.
Not only the products have obtained various certifications and certificates, but the KASTAR factory also has a certificate of origin. KASTAR cooperates with professional shipping agents to ensure the safety of shipping and ensure that chemical products go through regular shipping channels.
KASTAR’s goal is to become the world’s largest factory and develop world-renowned brands, so we welcome every sincere partner to join, support and cooperate! All products can be produced by OEM and can be designed or manufactured according to buyer’s requirements.
