KASTAR 738 Neutral Super Non Staining Silicone Sealant is a plasticizer free neutral silicone sealant for sealing all type of joints in sanitary, glazing, facades and even in natural stone without the risk of edge soiling and staining on the substrates. Pollution-free to porous materials like marble, granite. Excellent sealing and decoration. Common silicone sealant, especially silicone weather-proofing sealant, easy to bring on pollution.

Characteristics
Use
1. Cementation & seal of aluminum, glass, etc;
2. Weathering cementation & seal of aluminum plates and enamel curtain walls.
3. Seal & cementation of al-alloy door & window, storefront; show window, diagonal and skylight corner line.
4. good sealing performance for galss, glass fiber, prottery & porcelain and greaseless material.
5. Weather sealing for stone curtain wall joints and precast slab joints.
6. Sealing for concrete expansion joints in tunnel and pavement.
7. Adhesion and sealing in expansion joint for ceramic engineering.
8. Joint sealing between stone and other materials like glass, metal, plastics etc.
9. General use in wet and humid areas where fungal resistance is a requirement.
Restriction of Usage
1. Can’t be used as a structural sealant.
2. Unsuitable for all kinds of material that can effuse grease, plasticizer, or solvent.
3. Unsuitable for the airproof location, because it is required to absorb moisture in the air to cure for the sealant.
4. Unsuitable for frosty or moist surfaces.
5. Unsuitable for a continually soggy or moist place.
6. Can’t be used if the temperature is below 40°C or above 400°C on the surface of the materials.
Instruction
* Clean the base material with cloth: clean it with solvent; if in particular demand, coat the surface with paint base and let it dry completely.
* Make sure to fill the interface with it and tightly stick it to the base material.
* Deal with adhesion test before use and make sure of good compatibility and viscosity of products and base material.
Emergent Treatment
Keep out of reach of children. Once it contacts the skin or eye by accident, rinse the affected part with water for 15 minutes or turn to the doctor for help immediately.
